Hey everyone! I’m considering an offer in the hardware group working on AR/VR products and the compensation is very heavily stock based so I wanted to get opinions on how risky do you think it is?

Especially curious how y’all felt when the stock fell more than 50% this year and did Meta do anything for the employees in order to make up for that huge loss?

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

I just had an interview with a rep from Meta and I am to be placed in a Level 6. What are the salary range for this level? I also need some guidelines for the final interview.

Interviewing for a product designer IC job at Meta, I was told by the recruiters that final panel would be 2 ICs and 1 manager. My schedule has 3 managers, no ICs and no other functions. I asked - told it was just due to scheduling constraints. I think managers just naturally have more experience and more stringent standards (generally). Is this worth asking to set up the more standard panel for me even if it takes longer to schedule? Or is this a non-issue? Just want an equitable experience
