Hey everyone! I’m considering an offer in the hardware group working on AR/VR products and the compensation is very heavily stock based so I wanted to get opinions on how risky do you think it is?

Especially curious how y’all felt when the stock fell more than 50% this year and did Meta do anything for the employees in order to make up for that huge loss?

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Interviewing for a product designer IC job at Meta, I was told by the recruiters that final panel would be 2 ICs and 1 manager. My schedule has 3 managers, no ICs and no other functions. I asked - told it was just due to scheduling constraints. I think managers just naturally have more experience and more stringent standards (generally). Is this worth asking to set up the more standard panel for me even if it takes longer to schedule? Or is this a non-issue? Just want an equitable experience
