Hi all, I have a final round of interview at Meta for a PM position and the HR told me that I would be assigned an existing PM to help me prep better and to ask any questions about the next rounds. Unfortunately she has not assigned anyone yet after multiple follow ups and I have my interview on Monday. Could anyone guide me on what I should do? Should I be raising this during my interview?

What is the band given to people with 13 years of experience in Wipro. And what is the maximum salary range.

I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.
When called HR.. both HRs are not receiving calls, neither responding emails.

I have an offer for Tech mahindra with DOJ 5th April.
I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

I got a job as a infrastructure consultant right out of college 3 years ago and later became a solutions architect at the company I am at now. I have a degree in CS and never really got the chance to use my programming skills (Java, python, Springboot framework). Context I am planning a switch from analyst to data scientist from a non US location to US. However, L4 is needed for this jump (prob due to visa issues). With the current revamp in PSC cycle, I am not sure if I can successfully get promoted by next year and make the jump. To do so, I heard there needs to be 2 EE (for this half and next half).

Interviewing for a product designer IC job at Meta, I was told by the recruiters that final panel would be 2 ICs and 1 manager. My schedule has 3 managers, no ICs and no other functions. I asked - told it was just due to scheduling constraints. I think managers just naturally have more experience and more stringent standards (generally). Is this worth asking to set up the more standard panel for me even if it takes longer to schedule? Or is this a non-issue? Just want an equitable experience
