Why not ask what the meeting is about in advance? Whenever I get called into a meeting, I always respond with "Sure. Can you tell me what this is in regards to?" That way I know how much sleep I should be losing haha
If the meeting goes in the direction of a reprimand stop and say that you want a representative to be with you. But, it might just be to tell you that you are doing a great job!!!

Don't panic! :) If there are no lingering issues with students, parents, or other coworkers, then don't lose sleep over it. Maybe they have a different position that they might want to offer you? Maybe there is a project they would like you to lead? You got this! Don't lose too much sleep tonight.

I have done that before! Gives you peace of mind and I have been called down like that before. I swear it is to just put you in panic mode. Some meetings have been fine— other’s not. If I ever feel like the meeting is not going well, please stop it immediately and go get your union rep!!

I agree with all these comments! Seems most likely to be for something positive if there are no issues you can think of.
My principal texted me near the end of break to "check in". The first day back I ran into her in the break room and she wanted a hug. 😲 Kinda makes me paranoid.

I wouldn't worry too much. A check-in doesn't sound bad. If it were something bad, they would most likely ask to speak to you right away. Have a relaxing sleep!
Honestly, I read a book on leadership and personally I feel a great leader should always give a person an idea so these types of human nature feelings don’t exist. Hope all goes well!
Let him talk, don’t respond to anything at the moment. If you need to respond to anything, summarize the meeting in writing and then respond.
