Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.

Keep giving interviews get as many offer letters as you can get, collect them like you collected WWE or Pokemon cards in childhood then ditch many companies and join just one which you wanted to join. And your revenge and inner peace would be restored.

be thankful you even received a "it's not you, it's me" notice. i've been ghosted so many times i couldn't put a number to it.
Same things happen with me as well after HR discussion, HR told me that we don't get business approval to release offer.. chalo ye bhi sahi h.. then started giving interview.
CG is famous for all this . I was a victim too and you will get so many examples online like this for CG

same happened to me .. with Oracle Cerner.. I was expecting the offer letter.. that time Oracle was acquiring Cerner. HR updated me that there will be delay in releasing offer letter due to merging.. Then after one month they updated that Oracle cut off that position. This happens..So don’t worry just move on and start applying to different jobs

Paise nh dena Hote tb aisa mail aata hai .sidhe sidhe to bol nahi pate market competition k wajh se islie ye mail krte hai.i also received similar mail. my cctc is 23 and i asked them for 30 and that too is high for them at 10 yoe.
These are the same words which were given to me by Accenture and they too did the same thing with my profile, candidature on hold. This means either they will discard the profile or it will be kept as it is till it gets discard automatically.
This is a common scenario, I think you should continue to give interviews. Tell them you already have CG's offer in hand.
Same thing happened to me...Is it the case with capgemini only or due to recession all companies are going to freeze hiring?
