My LL4 is with Ford for 10years now, he is one of the most active person with skill upgrading and still wants to go deep into the product and features too...
Am with Ford for 8years, I kind of work like 10-12hours on average trying to push my boundaries on regular basis with consistency,
I know people with 25yoe still better than the GenZ in terms of skill upgrading and context switch, one problem with under 3-5yoe I see is they master one relevant skill and act like no one can stop them :-)
When I completed my master's 14years ago I had multiple friends with this same attitude:-) now I see them
