Thinking of getting some more AA miles. Which would you choose?

- Citi biz AA plat 75k SUB (ends in a few days). $5k/5 months and AF waived in year 1.

- Barclays AA personal 70k SUB. Just needs 1 purchase + pay the annual fee.

First one is nice because it won't impact 5/24 and it's "free" if I decide to cancel after a year. Just need to apply in the next 3 days. The second one will go away soon, probably later this year, so it's a chance to get a SUB while the card is still around.

I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?

Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging.
