Can anyone provide an honest summary of the bench policy? I’ve heard everything from 2-10 weeks

I joined 3 months back having and was undergoing training for d365. I have been tagged on bench this week but haven't recieved any project calls/emails so far. Contacted my staffing partner but no response.

Recieved 1 project call bt that's from different BU, they are ready to tag me but my current BU is not releasing me. Please if anyone can help me know if it's difficult to change BU?? Also, will I be receiving calls for project if I'm on bench?Capgemini

I'm scared of leaving consulting because I have commitment issues, I like not staying on the same team for more than six months , I like being able to quit projects with shitty bosses. In the industry, you spend an entire year with one team and that seems scary. Also there is no system of bench if you get fired.

I have read a lot of negative reviews where it was mentioned that it has a no bench policy and Synechron fires a lot of people.
My role is not a client based role, as I'll be working with Synechron Sales/ Busiess team only.

Accenture Managers & up: does Accenture pay a new phone + plan? Or do they just reimburse the cost of your personal plan.

I have been offered a job at grade 10 at NTT Data UK. The pay is good, however given my experience (19 years) and current designation of Associate Director in a large consulting, it looks like I should at least get a higher grade like 11. What are your thoughts? Will it be wise join at grade 10?

Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.
