Hello all, I am a production manager for a sign design and manufacturing company. I have been with the company for six years now starting as lead graphic designer working my way to the production manager. since becoming the production manager two years ago I am responsible for 4 large format printers and 1 vinyl plotter. Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?
