Desperate for ideas on how to deal with insane discovery requests in Florida given the lack of special sets and the time it takes a court to hear a motion for protective order. It's becoming a pattern that we do our objections or a motion for protective order, but OC's immediately move to compel and for sanctions at the discovery deadline. By the time the court decides the issue, it's usually in favor of the party propounding the discovery because they hate overdue discovery and don't even read.

This is my experience at a new agency and it's leaving me quite confused.

1) Gets briefed by Account & Strat
2) Strat sets "spaces" of where the brand can be
3) Team brainstorm where CDs and ADs throw out references of past award-winning work and adapt/spin the idea to fit our current brief
4) Arrives at several adapted ideas and present to clients

Regarding the gun issue in America, here is my thought process: 1) i view guns as tools that enable someone to hurt a lot of people very quickly, similar to how nuclear warheads could be considered WMD for nations. 2) i do not think America has more mentally ill people per capita then other nations, or more people willing to kill others, but access / availability of guns mainly lead to the higher number of gun casualties. 3) constitutional rights are important but amendments exist for a reason

Now that my wife is pregnant, I’ve been thinking about the discussions around abortion a lot more. Seeing how developed the ultrasounds are after about week 13, has me thinking that abortions past 15 weeks should be for certain cases only (medical for fetus or mother etc). Isn’t this just a common sense approach? What’s the argument against this?
