It used to be the case that you could never say anything in the slightest negative about your old position/employer/etc when applying for a new job. I have had a gap in my tech résumé for a bit, as I’ve had some negative experiences (typical ones for women in technology) that have come to light in recent years to the public. Since that is now the case… Is it now OK to say that I left my last position because of toxic company culture, or something of the sort? Or still a huge NO-NO?

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. Any Hr people out there..my wife is going through a harassment case against her boss. He is retaliating against her and other staff. On going for years.
