Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?

My bosses boss a plagiarized an article of mine and I’m not sure what I should do. What would you do. An exec two levels above me took one of my published articles removed my name and posted it to a different site with the only changes being removing my name and adding theirs.

Do I report this to the ethics hotline? Have someone else report it or just drop it. This particular individual may have accidentally told a truth once so this isn’t likely new behavior from them.
