Can someone please explain the process of selling a home when you have an Islamic loan? Since it’s profit sharing i don’t fully own the home right? I make 150, with no debt (car, student loans, etc), graduated 2021, and want to ensure I can invest and live comfortably. The total payment/HOA difference between the two is $1250 and $550 per month.

I’m thinking the appreciation will be much better in the 180K condo, but I think the 85K condo will allow me to invest in more rentals.
