Just had a session with a trainer and my arms feel like they are going to fall off.

3.5 mile walk / run and 10 min abs, then stretching. Will prob do an easy evening walk.

Getting my steps this morning and some stretching otherwise rest day

1 hour of weights (front and back squats, OHP, bench, etc) and 1 hour high rpm spinning
Still exhausted regardless
