Report to ethics - else they will do it to someone else the next time. And the cycle will continue.

OP, what outcome(s) are you pursuing?
Get your name in the footnotes?
Removing the artcile from the site? Making your boss's boss apologize?
Think it through before reporting or doing anything else.
I’d just email them and thank them for using your article but just ask to be given credit/references. Firm and professional. Don’t lay down and take it, but don’t be aggressive. Just stand up for yourself and state the facts. You wrote it, totally fine if they use it, but they have to give you credit.
Also important to get credit since CPEs can be earned by writing/publishing articles.
Yes, that would be a senior partner. Risky. Let it go as shared thought leadership.
Do you have a relationship with your bosses boss?
Which firm are you at? Can we read the article?

Do you have past versions of your document? That’s usually the proof people use for plagiarism
If you work for them, and it’s an article written for work, isn’t it sort of theirs anyways
No, it is not. IDK much about consulting but in STEM it's not like that. For example, in big pharma even if you have a small contribution your name will be on a paper. We have very strong ethics about it. And it doesn't matter how senior a person is, even a grad student will directly confront anyone trying to steal our work.
