Hi Team, Can someone advise on this - I completed 2 rounds with Infosys, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. On the portal it is showing 3 interviews as green and in review data in yellow. What does this mean? Tech - DevOps / 5.8 years Infosys

In 99.9 % cases whenever the management is handed over to indians things get miserable.

Totally agreed
Indian mangers and management is the worst irrespective of where they’re working and who they’re working with !
Bro, I totally agree with you. I experienced something similar when I was working with a foreign manager. At that time, I received a lot of positive feedback and appreciation. Then, when my manager changed within a year, the new manager suddenly started giving me negative feedback.
When I approached HR with proof of my previous positive feedback and appreciation, his tone changed completely, and he even apologized to me. But if someone else had been in my place, they might have simply accepted the negative feedback and moved on without questioning it.
So yes, based on my experience, some Indian managers can be very narrow-minded and biased in their evaluations.

I can understand.
Well, this is true in most cases but I have seen UK/South East asian(chinese) leadership being quite toxic as well
Yes but percentage is huge in our case
Looking at the comments, I think is clear that the picture is same everywhere in the market.
