This might come off as completely random, but is it too late to get into ballet? I just want my life to be about something more than just work, cooking, and being there for my kids. Ballet is something that's always fascinated me in all stages of my life, but I never did it. And now all of a sudden I'm 36 years old LOL. Apart from some strength and flexibility training, I have no reason to think I have it in me to do ballet.. but what do you think? Should I (can I) go for it?

To be principal at a major ballet company, yes.

For fun? Not at all!

Absolutely. I think it's never too late but even outside of being motivational, I know for a fact that you can pick up ballet whenever you want. Adult beginner ballet classes are incredibly popular. Unless your goal is to join a professional company (which, let's be real, is a rare path even for those who start as children), ballet as an adult is about personal enjoyment, physical well-being, and artistic expression.Go for it, girlfriend, You're inspiring me to finally try and skate.

My former college roommate took figure skating lessons in her 30s. She grew up in a lower income household so she missed out. Now that she is making decent money she enjoys giving herself things she missed out on as a kid

One of my co-workers took a couple adult ballet classes for fun. If you can find one in your area and think you'd enjoy it, then go for it!

I did an adult ballet class - I was shaking the entire time but it was so fun. Try it out!

GO FOR IT! I should do pottery.

Go for it! Do what makes you happy.

To what extent to platforms facilitate union formation? To what extent do they discourage it? You'd think websites like glassdoor, linkedin, and this one would all be in an incredibly powerful position from the point of view of union organizing and the way they design the site could work for us or against us. So I'm asking two questions - how do we use the sites to build solidarity and organize unions but also can the sites better facilitate this process?
