This Monday has been chaotic to say the least!!

How does everyone deal with such pressure and urgency on so many tasks that just come flying at you on a Monday? I just feel like I’ve done a good couple of days worth of work in one and it’s only the start of the week!

Hopefully I’m not alone in this feeling!

I’m a woman in my mid 20s and constantly face situations where people outside of cyber (still within the company) that I’m dealing with (older men in particular) who always push back against my cyber/technical recommendations even with managers cc’d. I studied, earned certs, and worked hard to get to where I am. Is it bc of my gender and age? In all honesty, I’ve written recommendations that male counterparts voiced in the past that had ZERO pushbacks.

Seriously considering buying a used camper, doing a light renovation, and taking it out west and just working remote next summer. Put all of my belongings in storage, set my parents address as mailing address, and just be a nomad for at least next summer. I would get a Verizon router for WFH. Looking for some advice as I am considering relocating to US. How difficult is for HR professionals to get a work visa? I think from what I read I qualify under eb3 (no master yet) or h1b. How do for do about looking for positions that sponsor your visa? I'm in the defense sector and have previously healthcare and financial services experience. Also worked in global matrix organisations with US teams so know the culture quite well. Any help is greatly appreciated.
