Put house on the market at what realtor thinks is a fair value. So far (only five showings) everyone likes the house but says it’s too expensive given updates they’d want to make (they don’t say what but I’m guessing updating the bathrooms as example). Stuck between two senior resources cold War. Resource who is in a manager role is assigning me work other resource who is a Lead(my reporting manager) is telling me not to do it. Since they have some rivalry in internal politics regarding onsite.

Hi comp advice please! my wife is making a pivot into brand management / account exec roles at ad agencies. Glassdoor is kinda helpful for comp estimates but all over the place. For an nyc role (just above entry level, like Brand Manager at BBDO) what’s a reasonable comp range for her to tell HR she’s looking for? Feels like $90-100k? Thanks for your thoughts/examples! I skew right but am legit confused by Tucker Carlson. There are people who take his show seriously and it’s obvious he is doing nothing but spewing hate and divide on his show. How can people not see through this?

According to recent surveys, millennials are liberal at a 2:1 basis. Younger generations skew more than that. With these ages leading culture, society has grown very liberal. But our politicians and legislation have grown much more conservative - think about how top names from 8-10 years ago are received within their parties; Obama, Biden, Clinton, Romney, Bush, McCain. When does this break?

If you still believe the election was stolen, you should be fired from your job because no client deserves a consultant with such poor critical thinking skills.
