My manager appreciates it but also reminded me to stay focused on my core responsibilities. Fair feedback. I heard it.
But How do you keep performing at a high level when promotion won’t happen again for 3 years. How do you keep balance and motivated?

Any tips for how an undergrad (i have a politics degree) could position herself as ready for financial/corp comms? Perhaps, any specific certification? I have had experience in some agencies working on corporate/finance/legal clients but it has not resulted in any interviews opportunity especially with the banks/ financial brands? What could be the issue?

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. How does one go about a resignation mid-leave when you would start the new job before the leave ends? Two weeks notice or just say I am not returning effective the day of the new job?
