There's an LA office?!
I can only speak from the perspective of interviewee (I did all the rounds but got edged out at the very end).
They seem to have ambition to actually make a name for themselves as a real creative agency, but a lot of their ideals are focused on business strategy/consultancy.
This is a good and a bad. The good thing is they have stability and seemingly don't lay off people on a whim because their revenue isn't anchored to marketing budgets like other agencies, their core business has more stability to it.
I know they cross train their strat team but I'm not sure how heavily this business rigor bleeds into their creative approach. But they have seemingly put a lot of resources behind creative and seemed genuine in their intent to make it a focus.
They also have some okay-ish clients.

I interviewed with them in 2022 and it was all CRM email blasts, it didn't seem like the work would be that riveting honestly. But maybe it depends on the account you're on or they've changed since.
