Coz it’s my first hand experience and most female leaders are the worst. FYI- I’m female too and currently going through an extremely hard time. I get that it’s hard for them to step onto the ladder, I’ve gone through it. But given that it’s so hard, women and female bosses should be supportive - not bully their team.

I find female managers try too hard to make it work… even when the person is clearly not ready for that position which doesn’t look good on them. Male managers don’t waste as much time they just drop the person instead of micromanaging.
