Hello everyone, I got an offer from Equifax fir Data science role, initially they said they'll train me for 3 for 3 to 6 months and later based on my performance they will offer me a full time employment. But the problem is the HR called me today and said there will be a service agreement where I have to serve mininimum 2 years and if I leave the company before 2 years I have to pay 1lakh INR.

Should I go for it?
