TCS 19.5 Lpa ( including fixed + variable+ retention bonus)
Cognizant 18.7 (18fixed)
Wipro 20 (17 fixed + 3v)

Recently I resigned, i know it was worst decision to leave tcs early but also worst to join 😁🥲

I received a recognition in September and later in October month I resigned. Is there any policy that if associate has raised separation from Accenture then he will not receive any hike or variable bonus even if his last working day is in Jan 2022?
