NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Forgot to turn on cabin pressure....
I've worked at the same engineering firm for 4 years. I'm currently making $161k with only a $750 bonus, but excellent vacation (4 weeks, cash out anytime, rolls over indefinitely), 45 hours a week. I have an interview with a recruiter at Guidehouse this week for a Technical Project Manager role. It seems to be focused in the government space and requires a security clearance. What sort of salary and benefits could I expect for this sort of role at Guidehouse?

Scams with glossier branding
Ali express with the price tag and some embellishments
You can get the same products on AliExpress for 10% of the price they’re charging. An absolute scam, but one Americans are susceptible to. I have to commend them for great branding strategy tho
Anyone with cool advertising has to pay, somehow, for cool advertising. So I am suspect. Always.
Examples?

My favorite is the “pressure washer” nozzle.
Shows videos of commercial pressure washers, but it’s just an attachment that goes on a garden hose 😁
Have also seen adds for real products at 10% of actual cost (go carts, electric surfboards). Apparently the scam is they “accidentally” send you the wrong product and by the time you return it to China it’s too late to charge back your credit card..
Recently saw ads for Mexican vacations for $100. Fine print says “actual cost may be higher”. Of course no refunds... I wouldn’t personally buy anything off Instagram...
There is a good replyall podcast on this topic. About watches.
Nothing wrong with it in my opinion. A ton of commodity products operate this way e.g.
- Bottled Water
- Generic vs Brand Name Drugs
I bought a polene purse because of an IG ad lol but I’m happy with my purchase
