Thoughts on pursuing MBA after 2 years of consulting and then going back into consulting?

I am working in AS400 production support. I would like change to another domain. Any suggestions on which domain to move?

I exited to FAANG from big4 and part of me is seriously thinking about getting an mba to go to mbb. Does that make any sense?

Does anyone have good books to read or people to follow on LinkedIn or Twitter who are well known in the B2B Marketing space? I might be transitioning to a new role in B2B from B2C and I want to make sure I’m selling the right skills I already have and learn quickly if I get this job.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
