Can one get transferred to JPMC canada after serving one year in bangalore? I will get married and my spouse will have visa in canada and i will be the dependent one. Can i mention this to my manager and see if it is possible to get me transferred to Canada branch? Or i will have to leave the job?

Got an offer from pwc in the data privacy role.
With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. If we are in the red zone and failed both the sme interviews is what it meant performance exit or we will still be considered for an FTE? I have heard that people with both the sme failures are still pulled in the projects and are full time! Should we be in a hope or look out for other jobs?

I am asking this as I see SDE making much more salary than data scientist. Also experience and skill set required to become SDE is much less than Data scientist. For becoming SDE you need DSA and System design but Data scientist position require hell lot of skills. Also it is easier to find a job as SDE .
