Hi Folks, I'm last day at at current org is nearing. I'm a full stack developer with 5.6 years of experience and I have received offers from Airbus and JPMorgan Chase.
And both are offering similar CTC Airbus with 22 fixed plus 3 variable (retention bonus of 5L) JPMorgan Chase with 25 fixed. My family is extended recently considering work-life balance as one of important factor. Which would be a better company to join?

My base loc is Bengaluru, but currently I am not mandatorily required to work from office, and have been working from home since I joined Deloitte in July. Should I talk to my manager and go back to my hometown Kolkata and work from there? Staying in PG all day and working from here is not quite feasible for me. Suggest pls. Deloitte India

I lived at skyhouse for a year before I moved just recently. The rooms are nice, the concierge staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic, especially given that Victory Park is growing with new restaurants and bars. It's a safer place and the building is very secure. The downsides - parking garage is tight and crammed, almost no visitor parking, and the elevators are literally the worst I have seen in any building ever. If you can get past those, which are kind of a daily pain, then the place is actually a really grest catch. I would recommend this spot if you are willing and able to pay for the rooms. I think 1 beds go for around $1500-1600, so definitely pricier. However, everyone that I interacted with that loved here liked their units. Any specific questions?
