A few things in the Dallas Area:

Bishop Arts is growing and has a bunch of small businesses and eateries. Fun to visit day or night

Farmers market - in south Dallas, has both outdoor vendors and indoor permanent shops.

Greenville Avenue - also some small businesses, some popular food joints. More of a nightlife in certain parts.

Deep Ellum - moreso night life, but tons of food options and some shopping.

Brigadeiro are scrumptious dulce de leche caramel bonbons, a beloved confection of Brazil. Brigadeiro is made from sweetened condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder which is heated in a saucepan until it thickens and becomes a sticky caramel. Once it cools, it is rolled into a ball and dipped in multicolored sprinkles.

The iconic bonbon was named after Brigadeiro Eduardo Gomes, a 1946 presidential candidate. It was created to win voter support. (He lost).
