Desi women - how much do you spend on an average on casual outfits, one that you’d wear for a casual lunch but not fancy dinner? I just got notified of moving to the next step in the interview process and am supposed to meet with a “teammate/ other consultant”. Any idea what this entails and the general tone of the discussion? More akin to peer interview/ just generally making sure I’m not a weirdo?

Any model risk auditors out there? Curious of the required skillset needed for the role.

I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I also just found out I’m being promoted to senior with a raise of 10%. In light of all these departures though, I kind of want to ask for more.... should I? And what % raise is appropriate? Any insight appreciated!

London comp: I’m looking to move from one of the few fund of funds outside of London and looking at associate roles in VC fund of funds + co-investment or PE secondaries/buyout. Recruiter has told me salaries are £100k/£130k respectively. What are peoples salaries + bonus for these or similar roles in London? Would also be interesting to know analysts comp.

MBB interviewers: Given constant GPA, SAT & UG Program, what increases chance of an industry hire landing a generalist interview: 1-2 YOE at Big 4, ACT, Booz, etc OR 1-2 YOE at Spotify, Snap, Bird...

If you get an offer a few days before you have a final interview (or while you're waiting to hear back), is it okay to ask for some time? Or do they expect you to answer right there?

i'm in the final round for 2 different media positions in 2 completely different places (NYC and NC) and things are moving really quickly for both. the NYC job is my dream one but they're both offering $40k so i'm conflicted. any advice would be helpful lol

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. As long as I’m clear about my role is that acceptable?
