To those that have gotten promoted within last 2 years what is your level 9 salary and has your base increased?

Hi fishes. I am a fresher and have been recruited as an associate consultant into tech consulting via campus interview. I join in a few months and my package is 7lpa fixed plus 80k variable. I plan to stick with EY for at least 2-3 years barring exceptional circumstances. How can I expect my salary to progress over this duration? Thanks!

Former client( filed a bar grievance that was dismissed, sent me a demand letter that an attorney responded to on my behalf, and filed a BBB complaint against my non-BBB law firm) has now pro se filed a lawsuit against me in small claims court.
