To those working in HR - does anyone have any recommendations of good providers of (Anti)Sexual Harassment Awareness training for staff? Find it difficult to sift through the 100s of providers out there to find one of high quality that will be direct and clear, but sensitive and thoughtful to the subject matter. Any recommendations welcome!

In CA: PC bought condo while with gf, then quitclaimed it to her via quitclaim deed and sold it to her for $100k, which they put in writing. Fast forward they broke up and PC tried to get his $100k from her and filed suit but her attorney is saying that since he quitclaimed the property to her he has no rights including no rights to the breach of contract claim. This doesn’t seem right but I’m having a hard time finding caselaw that directly says this. Any help will be appreciated!
