Today, I took a big step and handed in my notice. It felt both exciting and nerve-wracking! I’ve loved my time here, but it’s time for a new challenge. I'm a Business Analyst with over 10 years experience, been in the same company for the whole time, Currently, I'm below Average Industry standards by approx. 10% for my (current) role.

I have applied for internal job which is effectively one level above, meaning it would be a promotion.

I got the job, awaiting offer.

I have been trying for this company for more than 2 years now but not even a single interview was scheduled. Worse part is if the profile is already in the system, it doesnot consider it for other jobs. I can see a lot of postings in job site but cannot apply in those.
