Top-down projects lacked collaboration and realistic goals, yet I was held accountable, even with fabricated data. Their leadership is among the most unprepared I've encountered. Facing slow growth, they resort to layoffs rather than solutions. This is the fourth round in a year. I strongly advise against working at Truckstop.com.
