Unfortunately I was rejected after the final round. However, the panel sent me a new job in the same org and told me to apply to that. I’m awaiting my recruiter call for that. Does anyone know how the process works in such a case? This last process took 8 weeks, so another 8 would be grueling.

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.
