I know what my goals are. I know that I need to work out and eat healthy to achieve them. But somehow I still choose to be a couch potato on my free time.


Any advice?

I really like how the guys in IT industry are helpful to each other.

But, in this cunning world in these times where people merely help each other, why do we (IT Employees) find helping each other ? What is the reason behind?

Hello fish, I’m wanting to move from London to Singapore at Manager level in operating model design. Anybody have any recommendations of companies (aside Big4) that are sponsoring visas at the moment, or good international recruitment agencies? Seems highly network driven from what I’ve seen.

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.

Current CTC- 30LPA, 25 fixed

I am a VP with compensation of ₹48Lpa in India. Have an offer of €65K in Germany. The German offer is at a lower position and lower compensation as I do not know German (as yet) and senior roles would require client interaction (German clients).

I see it as an opportunity to get my foot into Germany on a EU Blue Card and then look for something better once there.

I am in a non-IT role.

Hi, My current CTC in Accenture is 14.5LPA and Total years of experience is 9yrs. Thinking about job change. How much CTC I should ask for the next company for 9yrs of experience.

I have joined Deloitte usi in july having 3 yrs of exp in java restapi springboot here i am been allocated to salesforce project which i am not willing to work on they have cross trained me on salesforce in one month. Is there any option to get java project or should i switch company

How many offices are there of TCS in gurgaon and at what locations?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings
