Would anyone recommend or share a side hustle that would complement a banker’s 8-5 M-F schedule? As of now, I do an hour DoorDash before work and after work I do DoorDash and Instacart for a couple hours. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
