Very frustrated. My HR team as part of on boarding told me (multiple times) that my 401(k) plan had a true up if you maxed out early in the year. So that is what I did this year. I find out today that is not the case. Is there any recourse? Can I undo/re characterize contributions? Anything? This is like a $7k issue. Any other bowl to post this question to as well?

I admit it’s giving me horrible anxiety that she won’t respond at all until I locate her because even I’m learning where things are and want her to be safe. This is the third time 😭
