Hi Fishes, Can Anyone please tell, one of my friend joined Tech M in August, At the time of joining she was 3 months pregnant and now shes worrying about her manager. She wants to inform them about her pregnancy; is it right time to inform? Or she needs to wait for 6 more months for that to inform? Anyone please clearify.. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

Omfg she just came into my room to hang out with me and rub on me like she hasn’t been gone for ages 😂😂 No idea where she came from but we’ve closed the doors to anywhere super sus (like the closet of boxes she was in this morning) so I guess I just had to trust she wanted an uninterrupted snooze in privacy.
Ty for the tips!
Seems totally normal to me but could close doors to rooms to limit her access and narrow down the spots you check to find her
Aw she probably needs some time. I’ve brought my cats occasionally on visits to a much larger home and they have the exact same pattern for several days. They explore and seem comfortable but then go into hiding for hours. I think it’s a safety thing while they adjust to a new environment.
I’m sure she’ll be fine in a little bit, but if there are places you’re worried about her going, try to block them off.
My cat did this when we moved. Found him many hours later after searching, underneath a cabinet. I didn’t even know there was a crack under there. He was not remotely concerned just sleeping.
Exactly lol
If it is concerning you, I’d recommend a breakaway collar with an AirTag! That way, you can at least see where their favorite spots are and don’t have to worry about not being able to find them
