No, snacks in bed is an awful idea. Unless you're feeding each other grapes or something like that. If you're there alone with a bag of Tostitos, examine the path that has brought you to that sad and sorry situation. Get up tomorrow, change what's happening, and resolve to do better.

Eating in bed while watching TV is a guilty pleasure of mine. But I am meticulous about keeping crumbs out of the bed.

I eat snacks in bed all of the time. I keep my bed clean and if any crumbs do end up in my bed, I removed them right away. Eating a little snack in bed while watching a movie or streaming something on Netflix is top tier self care in opinion.
