We were purchased by Liberty Mutual. I’m a claims adjuster and getting ready to move over to Liberty Mutual, I’ve heard horror stories about how appointments are scheduled for you for claims. Anybody know anything about this?

What kind of roles do you guys recommend for a pharmacist trying to pivot into pharma? Where can you go to see all the different types of roles available? I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.

Should I just cancel one of them? Or should I at least put both on the table and see what they say? They're going to hire me either way, but I wonder if it's a bad start to ask for both.

I was fairly diligent last week, billed 60h, met all my deadlines and obtained positive feedback on my work. It was a lot harder than it sounds as I’m generally either late, screw up or get bad feedback. So big win. At the same time, it drained my body and brain to the point of not being able to work at all on Tuesday and spending the day watching TV. How do you build endurance and keep going when you feel limited? Ever think you’re just not made for this profession?
