Hi everyone! I’m a one-man marketing/communications/graphic designer at a startup for 2 years. The CEO is extremely fickle and changes things all the time. They recently hired an outside marketing team to evaluate our brand, and they presented yesterday. The entire presentation just seemed to say I’m terrible at my job. The thing is, they’re saying the same stuff I’ve been saying for 2 years, but nobody listened. How do I move forward without feeling defensive or like I’ve lost credibility?

Partner I work for I think is attracted to me. I’ve always maybe sensed it but then last week we were at a training and he would always look towards me and smile and they’d be long held smiles, and then would always try and sit next to me or across from me. And then when he didn’t he’d move his chair out a little so he could look at me. Then when he was leaving he came up behind and touched (not just tap) my shoulder to say good by.

Maybe it’s all in my head, but if not, what should I do?

Regarding the summer time 2k reimbursement I have a few doubts here… suppose I enter x colleagues name as attendee and enter amount as 2k.
1) Will 1000 be reimbursed to both or 2k directly to me.
2) And also can the same person x enter another bill for 2k and will be reimbursed same amount.
3) Does the date need to be same for both of us to reimburse.
