Just got promoted to account manager and am currently waiting for the offer letter. How do you negotiate when they essentially tell you there’s no negotiating?
Just got a 6% raise in my current role a few months ago, so this upcoming raise will be less (percentage wise) than my peers before me and trying to figure out the best way to get a higher base.
