There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

You need to work in public or at least join a coworking space. You can’t hide in a cave and you need to at least be around others if you can’t work with others
Right there with you. If you’re in NY I’ll meet you in a coffee shop, I need some accountability as well.
The library is a godsend. Free. Air conditioned, and gets you out of the house.
I totally agree with SAD1. Working in a cafe or in public makes everything so much better. Trust.
When I’m in between freelance gigs I start to feel the same way. It can take a day or 2 weeks for that feeling to creep in. So I spend a few hours at my local coffee shop even if I only need to send a few emails. It helps immensely.
If you work from home 100 percent of the time I’d suggest looking into a coworking space that fits your budget. Socialization is brain food
Thanks everyone! Yes @SAD1 it is in between gigs that this happens. I’m an Art Director/Designer so I like working on my big monitor but I like what you’re saying about just going somewhere to do emails at a coffee shop for a few hours. And thanks for that offer @SM1! But I’m in LA.
