Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

Exploring finance roles (program finance, FP&A) in the Northern VA / DC area (HCOL) after 9 YOE as an active duty financial management officer. I am usually being offered senior financial analyst roles at about the $120K mark. I’ve been looking into roles with the tech industry but so far most of the offers have been from aerospace/defense/it services. Does this sound like a reasonable entry point and salary or can I reach for higher?

Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. How do I get signatories to fill in their company name correctly on a DocuSign PowerForm NDA? I’m not allowed to reach out to people in advance and prepare customized NDAs for them, because “everyone is automated” and “that’s too slow and causes too much work for them.” I moved the signatory info to the signature block and made a “Full Legal Name of Entity you Represent” line, but people still screw it up and I’m getting blamed.
