Calling you to join hands, as we raise funds to show them a token of gratitude with a small care package.
A ray of light to those who deserve #AThousandThankYous 🙏🏻

Pro
Your current company is offering you onsite because you have multiple offers.....
Rising Star
Get an offer letter and visa first, else consider everything is a lolypop for retention.
I got similar lolypop and connected with senior vice president to check the validity of their claims and found everything baseless.
For which company and position ?
Consider yourself fortunate that your company is offering you something. Most people don't even get a formality call for retention.
I'd take the Sweden offer if I was you. You're young, so now's the time to take risks. You won't have this privilege later with added responsibilties ( marriage, kids, investments, aging parents etc.). Since you have multiple offers, I'm assuming you're really good with your skillset, so you'll be able to get a similar offer later as well!
what are u long term goals? planning to settle abroad?
I don’t have any plans to settle there
Go to Sweden
