People & Culture Manager (read as HR Manager) with 3 YOE in current role 25+ years in finance & business management, HCOL (Tampa Bay Area) I currently receive $71,032 base + potential for small EOY bonus (usually between $500-1,000) . Am I underpaid for a manufacturing company that is privately owned and grosses avg $23m in sales with 73 employees. I am a department of one, but we outsource our payroll through a Prism company. PS I do not have a college degree.
You are absolutely underpaid.
I don’t believe lack of degree should deter you from getting paid appropriately to experience and market.
25+ years of experience in Finance would absolutely have transferable skills into HR.

HR Business Partner with 7 years HR experience as a Manager and Generalist, living in Phoenix (MCOL), making $110k base. This is a new job and my first with the HRBP title. Job is 100% on-site. To other HRBPs, does this comp seem fair?
Sr. HRBP, 7 years of BP experience and an additional 5 years as an HRG/HRM. Reporting directly to SVP of HR and on the same "leveling" as the HRD, as their team works in a generalist and not strategic capacity. Western Washington state/HCOL. Fully remote/ACTUALLY unlimited PTO that we're encouraged to take/flexible working hours within reason. "Extra" benefits like $25,000 towards fertility/IVF treatments, $4000 for travel if out of state medical procedures are required (IYKYK). ESPP. 401k options suck. Mid-tier tech company with a pretty recognizable name. Global team responsibilities. $140k base + bonus.
