Well, after 3 months (with 1.5 of that having anxiety every day) I finally got a job! I applied to probably 60 -75 places. I had 4 job interviews and I nailed the last one. Well it didn't feel that way. I just new i didn't do bad .Turns out i did well, or I was what they were looking for. How did i do it. Well i dressed the part. I bought myself a suit, tie, shirt, slacks. I studied/memorized my about me script and reviewed potential questions from Glassdoor reviews and relied on my experience.

Is there any possibility to change the EY IN offered location after you join ?
Offered location is Chennai.

Please suggest if i can ask for a location change after a couple of quarters? Can I get a pune location?

Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.

Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it. I wish the worst part about it was the amount of work, rather than the completely toxic culture, lack of appreciation, arbitrary and back/breaking deadlines, lack of mentorship/feedback/training, and the fact that the associates act like they don’t even know each other. I cry every day and constantly am made to feel stupid for not understanding the highly technical (cont.)

What does the group focus on in terms of work, what are hours like, decent exit Ops, interview process etc? I'm currently an Analyst in an industry specific Corporate Banking group at a competitor of Citi so I have experience underwriting HY transactions and portfolio management.

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. My current company and many others I know about do not offer the mobility to do so until much later, which is not what I want. Thank you.
