I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

So I’ve been with a court for a while and honestly the pay sucks compared to what paralegals should be making… the benefits are great though and they match my retirement 100% now that I’m vested at 3 years.I have 4 kids and 1 is getting ready for college. I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). My whole family is full of extroverts. I'm the only odd one out, an introvert.
Whenever any relative or anyone visits us, they talk, laugh around etc. And I just sit there with my phone, scrolling any random app to let that time pass. People always comment on my nature that I'm so silent, I speak very less etc. They know it's my nature but they still make it a point to call it out. I don't have any reply to this, I just give a smile, that's it.
Don't know what to do.
