We're hardly into the new year and my team seems to be stuck in molasses. I don't know how they've all gotten somehow stuck in a rut and this kind of mental malaise and I feel responsible but I don't think I'm the one bringing in the grey clouds. But I MUST be doing something wrong. How do you motivate a group with eeyore syndrome?

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager.
