I'm leading the charge, and I would like some ideas from the group about what you think are good first step initiatives and communications both for neurodiverse individuals and for helping the general population to understand as well.

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Any recommendations for resources after an adult diagnosis? Aware of all the national organizations but figuring out how to find people who really specialize in ASD (rather than just also happen to treat it) and professionals to help develop the skill deficits is difficult. So many resources for children or adults who were diagnosed as children, but not newly diagnosed adults.
